We love Super Sugar Snap peas for their sweet, crunchy taste. This is what a snap pea should taste like. Vines grow to about 5 feet and are productive and early.

Super Sugar Snap will need a trellis or something to grow on.

If you have a smaller gardening space, Super Sugar Snap peas can be grown in a container (at least 12″ deep).

How to Grow Peas? Peas are very easy to grow from seed. Plant peas as early as you can in spring; which is generally early May in our Zone 4 gardens. Peas like cool weather and do not grow well when it warms up. And peas love a crowd! Plant peas about 1-2 inches apart and do not thin.
