‘Sow Relaxing’ Tea is a herbal tea grown by us. We are so excited that it was featured in The Gardener magazine (Winter 2025)! See second image.
This tea includes vibrant Lemon Balm and sweet Chamomile. The Lemon Balm has an amazing lemon zing and the Chamomile a sweet apple taste. Both herbs are well-known for their relaxing properties.
Really fresh Lemon Balm tea is hard to find (most of what is offered on store shelves can be years old and has almost no flavour), so we are excited to be able to offer this tea — with herbs that have been picked this past summer and fall.
Chamomile and Lemon Balm are easy to grow. You can grow (sow) your own Lemon Balm and Chamomile tea and then you never have to buy it again. Lemon Balm is perennial in our Zone 4 garden; and Chamomile readily self-sows, so just let a few flowers go to seed and you will have Chamomile the following year.
If you would like to grow Lemon Balm, we have Lemon Balm seeds for offer HERE.
If you would like to grow Chamomile, we have Chamomile seeds for offer HERE.
How to use: Use about 1 tsp leaves per cup of tea. Steep about 5 minutes (much longer and Chamomile loses its sweetness), remove leaves. Enjoy!
Within Canada only shipping on tea, thank you.
