The colours of Marsha’s Starfighter Beefsteak are truly ‘galactic’! Each tomato is a masterpiece — with colours ranging from black, pink, gold, blue, purple, red, and green.
This anthocyanin-rich tomato also tastes amazing – sweet, complex, fruity, and tangy.
Tomatoes were mainly medium beefsteaks (100 g to 200 g), with some smaller tomatoes of more diverse shapes. Plants were about 5 ft tall. Marsha’s Starfighter Beefsteak was created by Marsha Eisenberg (Florida) out of the ‘Starfighter’ breeding line first created by Russ Crowe.
How to Plant: Start seeds indoors 6 weeks before the last frost. Plant seed 5mm (¼ inch) deep. Transplant after the danger of frost has passed/later spring.
