Micro and Compact

Micro and Compact tomatoes are great for small spaces. Micro tomatoes are usually about 10 to 12 inches in height and can be grown in 1 gallon containers. Compact tomatoes are 18 inches to 2 feet and can be grown in 3 to 5 gallon containers. Both can, of course, also be grown in the ground. Micro and Compact tomatoes are great for getting an early start on the season as they are usually the first tomatoes to produce fruit.
